Workout Gear

I'll start tonight by saying here, that it is not the clothes that make the person in the gym. Most times you will see some people who don't care and will wear whatever clothes they are comfy in. How many times have you gone to the gym and seen someone wearing "holey" sweaters and torn up sweat pants. Today you will find the younger crowd wearing huge hoodies and shorts. I am not one of those people. My mindset is there are clothes for every event and purpose. With that being said, obviously I wear gym (workout) gear. I own everything from tank tops to sweaters and shorts to sweatpants and everyting in-between.

I never thought that I would have specific headgear, outerwear or underwear, but I do. The odd part of that statement is I SHOULD HAVE! I ran track all throughout my high school years as well as Cross Country. During that time I had specific gear for indoor and outdoor and all weather trainings and competitions. I had to have the right cleats depending on the type of track I was running on the day of competition. I researched the training gear I needed during the different seasons. Man! My mom spent a ton of money! My friends were all the same depending on the sport they were in. SO if I did all that then, why wouldn't I want to have all the things to make me feel and look like I am doing what I am in fact actually doing now?

This is where this page comes in. I will be sharing the type of clothing I use when I train. I am by no means a serious weight trainer or body builder, but I feel more comfy when i dress the part. SO, here I will list the things I use on each day (if lucky post a pic of it that same day) and let you all know how it feels and where you can get it. Stay tuned...
